As the frost of winter melts away, our vineyard is abuzz with the vibrant energies of spring—a time of renewal that ushers in new beginnings and, of course, the exciting arrival of our new releases. This spring, we are excited to introduce two exquisite wines that beautifully encapsulate the unique character of our soils: the 2022 Summit Pinot Noir and the 2022 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir.
In the vineyard, spring breathes new life into our vines. The once dormant rows now teem with the tender green shoots of future vintages. Our team is busily engaged, tending to the budding vines with meticulous care to ensure another year of superb grape quality. Let me introduce you to our new releases. The 2022 Summit Pinot Noir offers a vibrant medley of wild herbs, tobacco, and dried berries with a hint of brine. Its rich flavor profile is balanced by a rustic charm and a basaltic minerality, making it a harmonious delight. This garnet-hued wine is not only perfect for enjoying now but will also mature beautifully over the next decade.
Equally compelling is our 2022 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir, which begins with aromas of ripe plum skin, ocean air, and a touch of cocoa powder.
