Sample the wines of Archery Summit Winery and our sister property, Seven Hills Winery while gazing at the Seattle skyline at Ascend Prime Steak and Sushi. Estate Manager Karina Gordon from Archery Summit Winery and Bobby Richards from Seven Hills Winery will be onsite to guide you through their newly released wines. You’ll be treated to a culinary and wine experience that will take your palate on a journey from the Willamette Valley through the gorge, and into the hills of Walla Walla Valley. Ascend Prime Steak and Sushi’s team will curate small bites to enjoy alongside the wines. Guests will have first access to new releases and access to purchase wines from both wineries.
