Charitable Request Guidelines

Thank you for thinking of us as a potential contributor to your fundraiser. For us to consider a charitable wine donation to your organization or company, please hand deliver or mail a written request, made on organization letterhead, and addressed to Archery Summit Winery at the address below. We do not consider verbal, facsimile, or email requests, nor do we ship donations.

Please submit your request at least six weeks before your event. Be sure to let us know if you are a current Archery Summit Winery Wine Club member.

Please include:

• The charity organization’s address and Tax ID number
• Your name and title, telephone number, and postal and email addresses
• The charity or purpose for which the donation is designated
• A description of the organization or business
• The event name and date
• The date by which you hope to receive the contribution
• The anticipated audience demographics, if known
• An indication of whether the contribution acknowledgements will be publicized and in what form they will appear
• A submittal form that we can return to your organization with our donation

As you may imagine, we receive hundreds of donation requests annually. While we cannot possibly accommodate all requests, we make the majority of our charitable contributions to local and community-based organizations that align with brand and our company values.
